Dr Teal'sSleep Lotion 3 Fl Oz with Melatonin & essential Oils

I love, love, love this product. I purchased the cream and bed spray. It has improved my sleep pattern and improved my wake-up routine. I put it on prior to bed and it starts my day heading to the office. I love the smell and calming effect. I use the cream for sleepy time and soothing happy day cream. I have shared the products with 4-dear friends who love the products as I do.

I'm actually shocked because I purchased this thinking it probably wouldn't work but I wanted to give it a shot anyway. Worst case scenario: it'd have that same lavender scent that I love these products for. And to be honest, the scent is a bit different. It does have the same lavender smell I love but with something else in it that makes it a little more spicy (Like cinnamon spicy) it's very herbal and I LOVE the scent. Even better... it actually works for me. I put a little bit on my hands and feet about 30 minutes before I'm supposed to go to bed and I'm out like a light 30 minutes later with some of the most rested sleep I've ever had. I got my mom to grab a bottle since she has trouble sleeping and she said it works for her too. I'm really surprised and really happy. It smells great, works, is super moisturizing without having a greasy residue, and is sold at a fair price. It's definitely a new staple in my nighttime routine.

I’ll admit that I am taking other medications for sleep. So I am not sure if this helps.I do like the scent reminds me of lavender. I’ve used it a few times. This is like a two in one product.Melatonin and lotion together. It isn’t greasy feeling either. Feels smooth when you put it on. I wouldbuy again just for the scent and I’ve used other Dr. Teals products.

I love putting this on right before bed. Normally overbearing smells bother me, but this one is very light and the lavender puts you right to sleep. A+++

I have difficulty sleeping and have tried most everything available. This lotion works for me on a regular basis, and I feel good about putting something on the outside of body rather than inside. I highly recommend trying it if you have a sleep problem.

Smells so good and softening. It doesn't put my children to sleep. Use with melatonin.

This lotion has a pleasant and relaxing lavender scent. I have been using it nightly before bed for a couple of weeks and I am enjoying it. I would purchase this again.
