Does the vehicle need to have been ceramic coated before using this shampoo

In my opinion - no. Over winter, I have been using it as the final wash of the car and it leaves the paint in a much nicer smoother condition which drys off and polishes well. The only tip I would offer is to give the windscreen a vigorous polish with a dry cloth (or a windscreen cleaner) as it can smear a little when using the windscreen wipers the first time after cleaning

can this be used in a Turtle Wax pressure washer?

This product needs to be used with a bucket of water. You wash the car with your hand mitt doing a panel at time and then sprinkle water on the panel. This allows the product to bead water correctly. It does take some time to get used to compared with normal car shampoo.
