Haven’t used this yet, but sure it will be fine I’d heard rumoured that small mills would continue to produce flour with no additives sadly not the case. Wessex mill have not replied to my friendly message and to date, the ingredient list on Amazon has not been amended.

Nice flavour of flour
I used this flour in my bread machine and it made really nice large loaves. It had a very nice taste as well.
