May be a cracked fan hub!
I found I had a cracked fan hub not a failed motor, I replaced the motor but the fan would not turn because it of tiny creaks in fan hub making fan slip instead of turning! At $25 and a wait for new fan, i was able to double zip tie and glue hub and it has been working for last couple of days

Perfect Replacement
Perfect replacement for what others charge $100+ for. Remove old fan from the case and replace with this one. The only downside is my fan has only lasted 11 months - 1 month shy of the 1-year warranty. Trying to figure out how to contact the seller, but for $18 probably not worth my time. 4/5 stars due to not lasting a full year before failing.

Saved everything in my refrigerator
