I use this for sleep. Only thing I have found to knock me out! I have tried many things but this really makes you sleep. You can try and fight the sleep but it puts me down. Still I'm able to wake up to use the bathroom or if I hear my phone beep. Auto delivery product.

expiration 12/2026! Not sure if it is due to some organic content . Bought NOW brand on the same shipment w exp 01/2028. Most usually has 2-4 years before exp. This one has some odor but is not unpleasant though. Contacted with their customer service. They were nice and sent me a new bottle but with similar short expiration date. Communicated with them again and they explained the odor is normal vegetable smell and refunded me the money.

100000% a must have- especially if you’re perimenopausal!! I take two before bed and I sleep so much better. I feel great! I’ve turned so many people on to this product!
