Nice so good product good health for exercise

The assembly is a bit tricky but other than that it’s good product.

Assembled without much difficulty but product poor quality and connector broke and even metal portion is bent. No idea how to get it fixed instead of returning

Very happy with this FK 1000 by cultsport. Firstly the delivery was on time. Packaging good ...only damage was the rubber on right handle.( i will share a pic )..it was minor so I let it go. The guys who came to assemble it very helpful and guided me completely on how to use the product with different adjustments and connect app. The only thing which is uncomfortable is the seat....it really hurts so I give up and take many breaks. The after service is superb. Got a call from cultsport to know if its arrived, fit and that i will get a call for the diet . Lastly the free consultation with a dietician is the best part of the package. My dietician is Anujitha. She heard me out completely and understood what I need as per my work and sleep schedule. Right advice was given and diet chart sent. Thanks a lot to the dietician which is really an important part of being fit. Overall....I'm a happy person who was very conscious about stepping out to a gym....so I'm on a new journey to fitness . Thankyou

Good product. Easy to assemble but it takes time I just love it. A person more than 100 kg can also use it,value for really great product.

Product does the work, but there are few issues. This is not a magnetic resistance rather it has brakes(you can clearly see the red knob to adjust) also the knob isn't perfect it makes noise when the knob is neither tight nor loose. This is most of the time irritating because the perfect resistance to cycle makes lot of noise. Other than this the product is pretty good! Easy to assemble, and easy to use The seat could be more comfortable, you may not feel pain in the leg but the seat makes you really uncomfortable to sit and peddle. The handle is non adjustable which is very disappointing. Monitor displays the readings but there is no manual on how to work with the monitor. App displays the data better The app needs allot of work there is many flaws in it,like data sync with Google fit, need to pair device every time you use the app, data collected disappers if u switch to different device (meaning of u choose Google fit data collected from spin cycle gets deleted) hope the developer team fixes it. Product is compact and fits perfectly in room, easy to fix and move around the house.

It is very good to use, it is good for exercise, it is laborious.

The seller has delivered a defective piece. The the seller has no ethics. The cogs of wheels are torn. Even one paddle screw is larger and is not getting fitted. The replacement order state validoty till 8th Mar, but the "replace item" is disabled.
