Animology Dog Paw & Nose Balm 50ml, Pack of 1, Clear

We've just spent a week near Weymouth hiking and scrambling across rocks. Our pups paws seemed a little rough with a few small scuffs (didn't seem to be bothering him but I didnt want them getting any worse) so I wanted something to help. This has barely any scent and feels like a thick balm which goes on easily. Pup wasn't too sure what I was doing at first but doesn't seem bothered now and isn't desperately trying to lick it off which is a good thing!** Update - so after just one use we could tell the difference in his paws! They felt almost silky. We've used it for 2 further days and I swear they're unbelievably silky soft I didn't think it was possible for them to be that soft. I've walked him twice on paths per day and they are still super soft. Amazing stuff which I intend to use once a week after I usually clean his ears 😁

Works well on our aged jackahuahua. Her Nose had become so dry. Product works well and she doesn't mind having it applied especially as she gets a treat. Needs a good shake before use each time to keep consistency as the oil separates, hence 4 stars.2nd purchase as Happy with results. A little goes a long way. No strong smell so reasonably good value for money.

I had been looking for a product to put on my show/pet dogs noses, after a combination of a mild skin condition and hot weather had made the uppermost bit very dry, cracked and uncomfortable, not to mention, unsightly.I had tried coconut oil, other oils and various unscented (non toxic to dogs) 'human products' to no avail.Just on the sight alone of one product in particular, my younger dog started drooling, which to me, said it made him feel sick plus he was giving me an 'oh no not again Mummy' look.After quite a bit of searching I came across this nose balm and decided to give it a go.On opening the tube, I was pleased to find the product to actually be a balm and therefore easier to apply (since further hot weather I have found it easier to use chilled as it solidifies).There is also little to no smell.On initial application both noses looked better immediately.I then applied this for about 3 days to both dogs noses, after which the scaliness and 'crust' on the younger dogs nose fell away!I wish I'd found this product sooner as I feel guilty abut making the dogs feel sick not to mention the discomfort they must have been in.My younger dog still isn't keen on having his nose moisturised but he tolerates this well and my older dog really couldn't care less!I will continue to use this and re purchase.PS I have been rubbing the excess into my hands. Pretty good as a hand balm especially one that the dogs don't mind!

Great smell, easy to use and the dogs don’t hate it. Perfect to soothe dry noses and good price too. Lasts along time

There isn't a scent for the cream but my dog didn't seem to like the taste of it. I didn't think it worked really well because her nose was still dry.

Wish I'd have taken before and after pix. It's a small tube but u only need a small amount for the nose. Used on my bichon frise who's nose was all crackle and broken and very grey not black. I used it twice a day for the first 5 days, I could see an obvious difference by day 3. She looked fresh and healthy again. I dropped it to once a day, now just use it once every few and it's stayed just as good a result as at the start. She does lick it after it's on bit being a vegan product there's not been any issues with this. Vets very surprised, as they could offer her nothing to help it. Will continue to use every few days but so far the small tube has gone a very long way and still have a lot left. I found putting it in the fridge was easier too, made it a bit more jelly like rather than liquid so easier to apply with less wasted

I only used it on my Dogs paws, which were quite dry. Happy with the results after a few applications.

Super for one hound but the other won’t let me near him as soon as I open the lid. Nothing negative on the product though
