Great sounds fit my Mazda5 2013

I had a set of MB Quart components that were too big for the speaker cutout in my doors so I had to swap the woofer out with this one. i have them hooked up to an alpine 4 chan amp and i was really surprised at how good they sounded. they can take the power and still deliver clear crisp sound. not a high end speaker but great for everyday use. for coaxial speakers they are good to go.

The picture on amazon is not accurate. It implies there is a tweeter and midrange crossover. In reality there is only a passive crossover on the tweeter. The woofer is full range. I bought these specifically based on the picture of both the woofer and tweeter having a crossover.

Good overall vocal speaker if you don't have the time or investment to put in tweeters. Just pop these in and the clarity will shine through don't expect to have much bass though as these are mainly for vocals. I have 4 of them in a 2004 mustang front and rear. They have so far lasted a year and hope for many more to come.

This was my first NVX brand purchase. I replaced the rear door speakers in my 2012 F150 extended cab. This model is a great option for a stock non amp speaker. It has good range of sound for their level.

So if you’re looking for quality mid range sound Literally, I had better sound from similar size of a 6 x 9 from my stock Bose from my Volkswagen compared to these which they are not really a namebrand but considering that they’re saying that they are having 500+ watts and 200 and something RMS I had higher expectations So I compared them to another set of same size speakers that had 1000 W peak and a little bit higher RMS The other ones were nearly the same price They sound a little bit louder a little bit more response from the bass but seems like 6 x 8 is a poor choice of stock speakers from manufacturer I think I’m going to just return these in the return period and check out to see if six by nines in the doors come a little bit more higher in the RMS and better quality I have higher expectations because my ears are used to having competition subs Once you go with premium equipment and you start buying loading equipment or cheap equipment, you don’t feel the same way. Your ear is just not gonna be satisfied without hearing a certain loudness and quality Something like these speakers would be good for senior said the senses who don’t have a care in the world about music quality all they hear is basic music I must say they do fit in the original openings of the speaker holes. The only thing is the original speaker screws have a built-in washer head with a star screw and it was not able to screw all the way in and the built-in washer had to overlap the edge instead of go inside the frame. They need to allow a wider frame for a bigger heads, screw to be able to hold against the speaker
