I have a Mitsubishi mini-split ductless heat pump model MSZ-GE15NA who's remote had begun exhibiting some problems after many years of use. The red on/off power button sometimes would not function properly and so I purchased this replacement remote which works perfectly with this model heat pump. The build quality seems to be very close to the original remote and operates all of the heat pumps functions. The info about this remote said that it only displays temperature readings in Fahrenheit which does seem to be correct. The remote did not come with AAA batteries.

This was easy to set up with existing unit. A lot cheaper than an oem remote and does the same job

This also works with the WR18NA. It allows me to set the heat temp to 59 (lowest was 61 with the remote it came with) and also use Smart Set to set the lowest heat temp to 50. Nothing between 50 and 59 but huge improvement over the original remote. The room temp actually seems to be several degrees above the set temp (ie: set at 50 is more like 54 room temp), that's the unit AFAIK, not the remote.

This is basically the remote we lost for our Mitsubishi minisplits and it works perfectly.

This remote works perfectly with my Mitsubishi AC—no setup needed! All functions respond just like the original. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have a backlight, which makes it hard to use in the dark. Otherwise, a great replacement!

So happy I ordered this ! I misplaced mine , I've been freezing 🥶 in the evening . I am now comfortable again . Works excellent 👍

Got this to replace my controller for my old air conditioner. I was thrilled when I got it and it worked great! I suffer from heat intolerance so I definitely need the ability to keep my room cool. It worked no problem, for 5 whole months that is. Went to turn it on yesterday and all of a sudden it won’t do anything! Super disappointed and now overheated!
