Famous Classic Chilli Varieties (Organic) - Seed kit Gift Box with 4 Traditional cultivars

This little gift set comes with 3 postcards, one which is in German and the other two are blank.The box also contains two books on general knowledge information on growing seeds. 1 which was in English the other that looks identical in German. The gift set contains 4 packets of different chillies that give identical simple cultivating instructions.The varieties of chillies included within the packet are as follows: jalapeno pepper, habanero pepper, chilli pepper bishops crown, Hungarian hot wax banana pepper.Thoughts as I am writing this review in August I cannot seed the chilli’s until February, so I cannot say if are any good for growing in the UK. But I can say that this little set would be a very nice gift, but I would be nice to have a more localised version where everything is in English. Also at the current price of £15.54 it's very expensive with normally a set of these chilli's in a combo set of chillis are half the states price and the little booklet is not of good quality to put on my shelf nor is does is contain substantial chilli specific growing help And more generic information on growing plants from seeds.I cannot wait to try and grow these next year.But I do think it can be good gift for garden lover friend

I had seen the magic garden seeds packs and was really intrigued but the quirky packs e.g. Indian healing or medieval medicine plants so we were really keen to try these chilli seeds. These looks really cool!Here are our thoughts - but we cant comment on germination rates as its not the right season to be planting chilli seeds.+ The pack/presentation box is really nice and would make a nice gift.+ You get 4 packets of chilli seeds but you don't get a huge amount of seeds in each pack.+ The chilli varieties are all organic and have the organic certification printed on each pack.+ In addition to the seeds you get two postcards which are nice; and a basic growing from seed instruction manual. the instructions are general gardening not necessarily related to these chilli seeds. The same instructions in German are also included.Our overall thoughts are that its great that these are organic but we're not sure if there is anything specific about the chilli varieties. Compared to their other seed packs there doesn't appear to be any other underlying theme other than just chilli.These are quite expensive but the pack would make a nice gift for a starter gardener.

Very amazed by the beautiful presentation of this set of seeds which make it perfectly giftable. I wasnt expecting anything special apart from the worthy mix of chilli seeds with a variety of heat and some, unusual too in structure. But the elaborate and fantastic quality presentation was very unexpected.A horticulturally inspired design on the gift box and the same design and quality is carried into its contents. You'll find a small selection of very usable postcards and a helpful seed planting guide.I have had fairy bountiful indoor crops of chillies in the past, as we like to cook a variety of cuisines. If you (or your gift recipient) can tolerate heat and like to experiment with the intricacies of heat and flavour balance, then this is a set for you. Plus, some are rather unusual in structure.Not all the chillies in this set will pop your socks off and have you gasping for water. They are a very good variety for serious culinary use and can actually be planted indoor right now!• The Hungarian Hot Wax Bnanas look very striking with their size;• The Bishop's Crown look stunning as they turn red on the planet - like high gloss scarlet flowers, or a Bishop's crown;• The Habanero heat and flowery flavour make them a lovely pairing for exotic dishes, ive even used them with success in Thai dishes;• The Jalapeño is the milder but most well known of the bunch. Throwing them in a sterilised jar with white vinegar some salt and a few herbs, left at room temperature will have you enjoying home-made pickled jalapeños with nachos in under two weeks. You can slice them or even keep them whole.All the seeds are organic and I plan to keep them that way in production. For the organic certification, the lovely presentation and the exotic variety makes them fairly priced. Though I would prefer to see these at under £10, in line with others available on Amazon.We look forward to the outcome of what will be a "fruitful" (and hot!) year.4 stars

This is a nice pack of classic chilies varieties it comes with some informative and educational facts about the different chili’s and how you will take care of these plants. very well presented can’t wait to see my plant grow!

My mum loves gardening and chillis so this was perfect for her, im quite impressed with how its packaged comes with 2 books one in english and the other german i think im not 100% sure, gives you information on each one and how best to grow etc, good quality seeds you get a varity i do think it is a little expesnive but you can't fault quality and would actually make a really nice gift for someone whos into gardening

Absolutely stunning packaging, boxed, instruction book, postcards, madness for an assortment of seeds, bit beautifully presented.Wife very happy, and just hope they grow now!Costly, but impressive. Recommended

Sono un appassionato di piante e di tutto ciò che è connesso con il mondo naturale e questa tipologia di kit sono davvero fantastici.In particolare questo kit è relativo alle varietà classiche di peperoncino, regalo centratissimo per gli amanti del piccante che potranno coltivare da zero i peperoncini da utilizzare poi durante l'anno ad esempio mettendoli sott'olio o facendoli essiccare per poi ridurli in polvere, o da usare freschi.Nel kit trovate un libretto che spiega come far germinare i semi in generale e come prendersi cura delle piante e le quattro busto contenenti le diversi tipologie di semi di peperoncino: Peperoncino cappello del vescovo, Hungarian Hot Wax, Jalapeño e Habanero.Purtroppo la stagione primaverile richiesta per far germinare i semi nelle migliori condizioni è già passata e non posso provare direttamente se i semi germinano e con quale efficienza. Aggiornerò appena possibile la recensione con le informazioni necessarie.Per il momento posso dirvi che il kit è molto bello e l'idea è vincente. Si presta molto bene per essere regalato agli appassionati di piante e di peperoncini. Il prezzo è un po' elevato però quello che si paga è l'idea e la confezione più che i semini in sé.

I semi erano inutilizzabili, ho esperienza nella germinazione e sia questo e un articolo della stessa marca mi hanno deluso enormemente.Sconsigliatissimo.

👍 Se avete un amico appassionato di peperoncini, questo kit è un regalo perfetto!🌶 Semi di 4 distinte varietà (cappello del vescovo, Hungarian Hot Wax, Jalapeño e Habanero) in confezioni eleganti, complete di tutte le descrizioni del caso👍 Tutte le sementi sono di origine Bio e tutta la carta del packaging è riciclata, altri punti a favore!👍 E poi... una volta cresciute potete anche chiedere un assaggino!

Cercavo peperoncino piccante, sono dolci, sicuramente saporiti, ma non piccanti!!!
