These inserts are amazing! Really helps to add cushion to my new casual canvas sneakers. These inserts allow me to be on my feet longer! The only thing I would change is these do not fit the whole length of the shoe. They are meant to go from the heel to about mid arch to help with support in that area. The only issue with this, however, is each time I pull my foot out of the sneaker, the insert wants to come out too. Not a huge issue, but I think next time I’ll opt for inserts that fit the whole length of my shoe. (Of course understanding they too might come out with my foot). Would very highly recommend this product. Love these inserts and the comfort they provide, which allows me to wear my sneakers longer.

I bought these for a pair of loafers that my heels kept slipping out of when I walked. I bought these because they didn't have any smaller shoe sizes. With these insoles in the shoes, not only do they fit me now, but they're WAY more comfortable. They are a bit sticky, so I'd recommend no-show socks if you're wearing them with flats or loafers. Strongly recommend!

I'm over 50 and get lower back pain. I've been doing a lot of things to try to help my back, including ordering padding for my shoes. These feel like a semi-soft, semi-hard silicone cushion (I don’t know what material they're made of). They give a little extra cushioning in flats and sandals. They are visible in a lot of sandals and flats, so you have to go in not caring about that. It gives a little cushioning - every little thing helps. They are about 3/4 length of my size 8.5 shoes and go from thick at heal to very thin under the balls of your feet. There's a little stick on the bottom so they stay in place on the shoe. You can easily move them from shoe to shoe but the sticky will likely wear out over time. I'm glad I bought them but I wouldn't say they're a miracle cure for pain. Recommend.

These really do love your feet and it keeps your wedges in place and it doesn’t show that they’re inside your shoe even if it’s an open toe and heal shoe.

I have a long foot size 11 women! And these are wonderful for your flats that are way to flat. It gives and arch and cushion. I got them for a sandle but I can see these working in chucks as well, Just go ahead and get em!!!!

I hate that they changed the material to this gel insole. Makes my feet sweat and move around in my sneakers. The support feels flimsy. I used to love the original material I was able to last all day walking comfortably. Not anymore please go back to the original material.

These are perfect for your sandals they keep your feet in place and have a great arch support. They work really well well with my flat foot. Thanks these insoles were a great find!

It’s not very comfy to wear it in my opinion. I had more comfy insoles. I can constantly feel the insoles and I think it’s not supposed to be that way
