I suppose it's like how I know kale is healthy because of the way it tastes. If you have a legit need to take this product make sure you either mix it in a strong tasting beverage because this powder will almost certainly overpower any standard drink. It will mix in if you give it time to dissolve, but I've found the best way to take this is in a shot of water, mix up the powder as best you can, close your eyes and down in one. Quickly. Then follow it up with more water. Oddly, there's almost a smoky flavor to it as well.

It is supposed to have beneficial effects. Only have had a few days. It has not produced adverse reactions

I ordered this product and the packaging said I will get 30 servings. I measured because the quantity of product seemed low in the container and I only got 25 servings. This happened two times. I no longer an buy from this company. One would assume if they are cutting corners in one area they are cutting corners in others. Super sad face. I really wished this had worked out.

This was a pleasant dietary supplement to add to any beverage. Mixed easily and no after taste.

A little disappointing to open the container and find that it is only 10% filled. At first I thought I was being duped but I did weigh the product and it seems that the amount in grams that they labeled on the container equates to what is inside...but whats the point of having such an over sized container? Is there an ideal air to herb ratio that needs to be met for a better quality product? If so, I have never heard of it and I studied chinese herbal medicine in my graduate program (most of the powdered herbs I've worked with were stored in containers that were at least 70% full). I can't say whether the actual quality of the product is good or not or if it yields the desired results--He shou wu is an herb that tonifies blood and it takes some time of consistent use in order to feel the benefits. You're paying a lot of money for a small amount so hopefully the quality of the product outweighs the poor packaging concept.
