I'm a vegetarian. I'm always looking for quality vegetarian spices/herbs/seasoning. I started using this bouillon to replace buying vegetable broth for cooking. This is a quality product, and reasonably priced. Before and after the pandemic it has become harder to find at the grocery store. I was delighted to find it on Amazon, and the ability to buy multi packs. Buying this in bulk is more reasonably priced that buying per package. I use it in soups, gravies, casseroles... The options are endless. If you were looking for a quality vegetable bouillon, this is the product to buy. Don't hesitate.

I love this bouillon. It really doesn't taste like any other. It tastes more authentic. Maybe because it is plant based. It resembles chicken in flavor, but more so just some kind of Umami flavor that enhances anything I add it to. I can't really describe it, but it has wonderful flavor that with the chicken resemblance, just yum in soups, gravies, sauces, pan sauces and even brines. The fact that it is plant based and lower in sodium makes it a win win for me. I now use it exclusively along with the other flavors: It's Not Beef and Vegetable.

Update: the seller refunded me after I contacted them. I still don't have a bunch of "beef" bouillon which is what I'd wanted, but at least I didn't pay an astronomical price for a single box!The product itself is pretty nice. It is nice to have the added flavour because when you are making a fake beef stew for your vegan husband you don't want bland, but as a celiac I also don't want to make something that is dangerous for me. These combined with some umami powder and you've got a much better taste sensation than using vegetable broth.**initial review**The order was for 12 packages. The same day I ordered 12 of the chicken ones which came faster, and as expected. No way would I spend $35 for one box! The product is good, I like it, so this is a review of the seller.

I love the flavor of this bouillon and use it in soups and also to flavor veggies that I'm steaming or cooking. It is safe for me as a Celiac disease sufferer, and since it is also MSG free and soy free and dairy free and egg free, I can use it when I cook for my other friends and family members with food intolerance/allergy issues. This is the perfect substitution in any recipe that calls for vegetable bouillon, and in a pinch I can mix it with water to make a stock for recipes that call for vegetable stock. The expiration date marked on the boxes was just about here when the shipment was received. We’re not too worried because the stuff lasts long after the expiration date. Great to boost flavor in lots of things.

I like how this cube dissolves better than most. It has good flavor and is vegetarian. I've used it for several years for soups, stews, bean dishes and for rice dishes to add great flavor.

Absolutely the BEST tasting bouillon I have ever used and I have tried them all. Problem is the maltodextrin causes high blood sugar in many people. Please take it out of this product as I will not purchase it again with that ingredient. You would attract a huge population if you remove that one ingredient.

Good quality at a good price

This stuff is fantastic. A perfect way to add chicken-like flavor with a plant-based product.
