we have always used a grinder for all the dogs we’ve had in the past, but I currently have 2 Rescued street. dogs that are Shepskys and they see the grinder as absolute positive torture. After multiple attempts, it was time to give it up. I’ve tried three different nail clippers and they all made a snapping sound when you cut the nail, which freaked out both the dogs all over again, but these Millers Forge clippers are incredible. Not only are they whisper, silent, but they are very sharp and the spring is fantastic. I can see why these are used in veterinarians offices. I highly recommend these, especially if you have reactive dog it’s even easy to kinda sneak up on them when they’re sleeping because they’re so silent they don’t even know it gets clipped right away

Hands down the best dog nail clippers out there. They're the same ones my shop used when I was a dog groomer. I use them ant home now, and the only reason I had to purchase a second pair is because the first pair fell to the concrete ground so many times that the spring and one handle grip broke. I glued the handle together on the original pair and still use them in a pinch. Fantastic product and worth every penny!!!

These cut with ease , good grip orange handles , safety on this particular pair is up to you . Seem extremely durable , speed ? That depends on the user , they fit around her nails just fine and comfortable on your hands

These clippers are the best! They’re sharp so I can cut my dog’s thick nails with ease. They’re easy to hold and use and they’re worth every penny! They don’t take up much room so storing them is a breeze. They’ve held up for years! They’re my go-to clippers and I will continue to recommend them to all my friends with dogs.

These are professional grade dog nail clippers. Easily cuts through large nails with a sturdy grip handle. Only caveat is that there is no set guard for the depth of cut. This leaves the user to gauge where to place the cut to avoid hitting the quick in the nail. This is especially a concern with black nails, so being cautious is necessary. This is my reason four the four star rating. If you know what you are about, do not hesitate to purchase.

Strong clippers can cut through any pets nails !

I was using a cheap pair I bought at target until I decided to get these. Huge improvement. Worth every cent. So much sharper, which is safer for me and my dog as I'm able to have more control and precision. We've used them 3X for full toebean trim and haven't had issues with the nail splintering. I'm able to cut off small amounts at a time (the right way) and clean up uneven cuts. The spring hinge and long handle is great, easy to handle, I'm not having to push the handle out when I need to reposition. The size is perfect for my standard poodle.

My vet uses this same brand and is leagues better than what I could find at the pet store.
