Pizza Dough!!
I bought a pizza oven last summer for several reasons. One, to have a Friday night event to do with the kids and two to start saving money on our Friday night pizza take out. Well to start, you need quality ingredients to get a good pizza. Good cans of sauce, good mozzarella and of course good pizza flour. To save money, you need to buy in bulk. I found this brand to be perfect for what we needed. It’s 00, so that’s what is needed for pizza dough. It makes a wonderful pizza dough. Light and crunchy when baked. Pick up a few airtight containers for storage for it as well. This lasted us for months, so the money saved was fantastic. Great buy!!

It's the standard.
There is nothing else I use for pizza. This is it. I buy in bulk and keep the flour in plastic cambro containers and it has lasted just fine. Makes less of a mess than trying to keep it in the bag.

Great flour for homemade bread
Perfect non-gmo flour for sour dough bread.

You can't make Neapolitan style pizza without it...
This is the best pizza flour if your using an oven that bakes at 1000° F. I recommend a large storage container which will keep the flour fresh for 1.5 years.

Good product at the price
This is the 2nd time I've bought this product. It's hard to find Duram wheat at a reasonable price, but this product is that. Just a heads up have a storage plan ready for when it arrives with containers or double plastic bads.

Great Product
Husband is a HUGE fan of Pizza. Which means he's very particular about his pizza/crust, sauce and type of cheese. Yeah, I know had no idea that pizza crust, sauce can be equivalent to a fine wine. Anyhow..this product is soft wheat flour & makes one heck of a pizza crust- just my experience.
