Can these be somewhat easily removed? I live in an apartment and will need to remove them upon moving out.

I would guess only if you screwed them in, because usually it requires construction adhesive also, and that isn't going to be easily removed.

How do we purchase the corner pieces?

Can this product be used to cover existing stone on an ugly fireplace? Will it stick to stone ?is it heat resistant?

No it would have to be installed on a smooth surface.

Are there edge or border pieces?
