I’ve been really happy with this Natural Balance Limited Ingredient dog food. One of my dogs has sensitive skin, and this formula has worked well for him. The limited ingredient formula is a big reason I chose it because it’s nice to know exactly what they’re eating without a lot of unnecessary fillers. The ingredients seem high quality and the kibble size is good. Both of my dogs eat it without any issues and seem to enjoy the flavor. I’ve also noticed their coats look healthy and they tolerate this food well. Overall this has been a great option for dogs with sensitivities, and I like that the ingredient list is simple and easy to understand.

We have a rescue dog Polo the Cockapoo who came to us at 8 years old with skin and eye issues, he was almost bald. After years of vet visits, allergy shots and all kind medication we could never fully get rid of the scabby skin and goopy eyes. We have tried supplements, creams, medicated baths, food changes and still nothing, his eyes were so bad they had to be cleaned constantly. So during one of his bad skin episodes we were back to the vet due to another skin infection and the fill in vet said to try Salmon and Sweet potato food. I reached everyone brand that made this I could find. I didn't have much hope because of the fillers we had tried many kinds of food already. Natural Balance checked all my boxes especially not having fillers. Our Polo has been on this food over about 3 months. Polo has not been back to the vet for his skin or eyes, He is off his allergy medicine and no more goopy eyes. Polo loves this food my only issue I have not been able to find it in a small breed size. Polo is missing most his teeth and I'm sure I will need to crush it as he continues to age. This is an honest review. I have not received any free product or compensation.

My dog really loves this flavor. He gets excited every time it's mealtime and always enjoys eating it. It's great to find a food that he likes so much, and I would definitely consider buying it again.

The item appears to be okay, although there is a hole in the bag. It was not in a box this time. Looks like it might have been run over.

I have been feeding my dog Natural Balance Sweet Potato & Fish since he was a puppy, and it has been a consistent winner for almost 13 years now. Early on, we discovered he had a poultry allergy, which made finding a food he would actually eat a real challenge. This formula was a lifesaver. Not only did he love the taste, but it also agreed with his sensitive stomach. When he was a puppy, we started with the easy-to-eat bites (Natural Balance makes a puppy version of this), which made transitioning to the adult version of this food simple. As he grew, we moved him to the adult kibble, and he has continued to enjoy it without any issues. Over the years, I’ve noticed he maintains healthy energy levels, a shiny coat, and good digestion, all signs that this food really works for him. It’s also convenient because it’s easy to store, measure, and feed, making mealtime simple. I’ve tried other brands, but nothing compares to how reliably he enjoys this food and how well it suits his needs. For any dog with sensitivities or just a picky eater, this is a fantastic option. Five stars without a doubt. It has been a staple in our household for over a decade and we couldn’t be happier with it.

Fantastic dog food for my dog that seems to be allergic to most every other dog food, treats. Etc!! Rarely see her scratch now, which she was doing OFTEN, plus paw and leg locking. Please, NEVER sell this product to another company!! We will be customers FOREVER!!

I switched to this brand on April 2026 and my GSD was doing fine, after finished the 1st bag, I bought the 2nd bag on May 15 2026, my dog started to get diarrhea. I continue to give him for 4 days since I was not sure if he picked up something during walk but no. this bag of dog food gave him the diarrhea. I don't know why if they change the ingredients or this batch were contaminated. Natural Balance needs to do better on their quality control. I have to throw away the food what a waste of money. This brand can't be trust!!
