I really like this waist trimmer. The Velcro is strong and secure, and I love the built-in phone holder. It definitely makes me sweat during my workouts and stays comfortably in place while I exercise.

Top notch!!! Sturdy and comfortable. It adjusts easily so I can wear it over my lower back/hips, then move it up to waist when my activity changes. The phone pocket!!! There are no words to describe how awesome this feature is. My phone didn’t get wet or overheat, even when weed eating all day in the sun. Thank you to the designer's of this product!

Definitely gets the job done. Easy to handle and is really good material for getting your body to sweat. No issues with the Velcro and I love the fact that I can make it work with certain outfits

This product is not that good. It rolls down when you sit. As long as you are walking it stays up but does not cover all the parts of the stomach as promised.

Follow the size guide in photos, it does stretch but not like a crazy amount of stretch. I am 5'6" and 200 lbs, the small just barley fits me, that is ideal though cause the goal is to lose weight! Does make you sweat and easy to wipe clean while the neoprene wraps without the smooth skin absorb some of the sweat.

This waist band covers a large area and you get a good sweat. I bought the size up and happy for the extra material to warp around comfortable. The thing is when you first put it on its a little chilly but in no time things warm up.

Fits a wide range of waist sizes, safe and smooth plastic part that stuck to the other fabric tightly when it comes to touch the body skin sometimes if the two parts are not applied neatly. Quality material and stable shape over uses.
