Awesome hardwood floor product! I have used it on hardwood floors in two homes. The pad is soft and won’t scratch floors.

The cleaner Bruce did a wonderful job on the floor. It left it sparkling clean and shinny.
I didn't like the mop it came with. It kept on falling off. The cleaner was great The wood floors looks wonderful.

Cleaner good, mop is garbage
The Bruce cleaner is great. The mop is actual garbage and useless. The telescoping portion doesn’t work and when you push the mop, it just shortens back up. It makes it impossible to use or push across the floor. Get separate Bruce cleaner and a separate, non garbage, mop.

Cheap mop
Incredibly difficult to use. The pad doesn’t slide smoothly across the floor and the end of the mop flips back and forward. I went back to my Bona mop for same price.
