Titan10319067, D Type Anchor Shackle 5/8-Inch Hot Dip Galvanized with Screw Pin, 37316 Ton WLL

I'm using this shackle with a tab (with a hole drifted into it) I created and welded on my tractors FEL. Even though I have hooks already welded on, I find that using this shackle with the tab gives me much more flexibility than just relying on the hooks. I realize that this shackle doesn't have an extremely high load rating, but my tractor (with 750# in weights on the back) will tip forward before the limit is reached.I'm hopeful, because of the "quality" that this unit appears to have, that this will last for a while.I'll update if it doesn't hold up but, for now, I would recommend this!Hope this helps!

These are of good quality, and well made shackles, I rated them a 8.5 of 10.I am using them to connect the safety chains on my 6000lb trailer to the receiver hitch on my truck, the holes for the hooks are too small for the hooks on the chains. The shackle's bolt fits the holes well and the allows the hook to float instead of being in a bind.

I needed a stout shackle to use with my Dodge diesel truck. The shackle bolt is over 1" so it wouldn't fit into my front bumpers mount. I have not put these to use yet, however it is beefy and would mate well with any heavy truck or medium towing of skid steers, mini excavators etc. I rated this at 4 stars due to it being advertised as a 1 inch shackle which it is not. I measured it with my calipers to confirm. I will keep these for other towing uses anyway and will add to this review when I have an opportunity to use in the woods.

I can confirm that this size pin in the 7/16 shackle will fit through the holes on a Hi-Lift jack, however, the 1/2 inch shackle's pin will NOT (ordered both). Not a big deal, though, since the 7/16 is well made and comes with the working load limit (WLL) and breaking load limit stated on the tag that came on the shackle. Plenty strong for winching work with the Hi-Lift. Highly recommended for the price.

i was replacing the old shackles holding my jet ski lift. These worked perfectly.

I purchased the 3/8 size for attaching the winch line to the plow on my ATV. I used and abused it all winter and it's still working well. It's smaller than I expected, I couldn't find the dimensions listed anywhere but it fits my application. Would buy more if needed.

Awesome, certified product, and got it at an amazing price! If it gets to that price again, I’ll buy more! Just to be clear, I bought the 1 1/4” version. Also, the pin in the picture looks red, but the one I got is more of a gold color.
