Mini Portable Ceramic Space Electric Winter Heater Warmer Fan (Blue)

I'm conflicted: from the one hand the product is not as advertised (the fan is not silent, it gets louder during operation). From the other hand, the seller agreed to re-reimburse me once I complained...). I would buy this if the price point is your main concern issue (i.e. not the noise-level).
