Hi. Which courier do you use? We've had issues with couriers in the past who wouldnt actually deliver the goods we had paid for?

Hi,We use a company called "DPD" for deliveries, we have found them to be the most customer friendly recently, and if you put your mobile no. on the order then they will txt you an arrival time. I hope that is ok.RegardsRichard

Hi how often do you need to change the water using the clear water?

It is not a case of changing the water when using chlorine: it is a case of ensuring the right strength of chlorine in the water to maintain a bacteria free pool (or spa). If maintained at the correct levels you should not need to change the water during a season (of perhaps 4 - 6 months) although an occasional 'shock' dose may be required, depending upon how heavily the pool (or spa) is used. Be careful NOT to overdose as this has potentially serious health implications. To ascertain correct levels I use a ClearWater dip stick every couple of days or so which also checks for pH and alkalinity, both being important for 'healthy' water.I have a Bestway Lay-Z-Spa Vegas and usually dose 9g of chlorine after use, so a 5kg purchase lasts ages! I have needed to use 'shock' treatment (using up to 20 times normal dosage) perhaps 3 times a season, but levels MUST be checked for safety reasons before allowing people back into the pool.You could, of course, change the water every couple of days ..... what a complete waste of a valuable resource that would be, not to mention the time to fill it and energy required to reheat it. HI what is the difference between this and clearwater 20g tablets... The tablets work out at more than double the £ per kilo, do you have to use more?

Hi, if you are using it in a hot tub, in my experience you use less....between 5g and 10g per day.  You pay a premium for tablets for convenience.  With the granules you have to measure out 1 or 2 teaspoons into a jar of water from the tub, stir it till it dissolves and tip it back in.  Takes about 30 seconds.
