Good quality giant beans
Soaked overnight till fully hydrated, they double in size. Pressure cook in Instapot for seven minutes with oil, lemon salt. Do what you like with them. Here added to a vegetable stew. Delicious beans, a different variety from the ones you get in cans. Dearer but nicer in my opinion.

Genuine Greek giant beans
On receipt, I soaked one packet of 500gm overnight. The following morning they looked perfect. Nice and white, and fully expanded. After rinsing and pressure cooking for 5 mins on medium pressure, they were the perfect texture for eating. I added them to the pan of my special sauce (a recipe given to me by a Greek islander) and now I have 8 servings for two. They are delicious!!

Great tasting and authentic product
I bought the sector make some Greek bean recipes and they are just what I wanted. A good size and very tasty when cooked. Also a good price and delivered very promptly.

Excellent! Gigantes Plaki - amazing!
Being Cypriots ,we are familiar with 'gigantes' beans. Giant 'gigantes' beans are excellent and cook well if they are the current year's crop! These seem to be fresh crop and they were easy to soak overnight and prepare/cook the following day! Please, please only offer for sale the current crop and do not mix old crop. These are by far the best we have cooked/tasted. Thank you,ευχαριστώ!

Real Greek Giant Beans (Gigantes)
Very good product as i remembered the recipe from Greece 🇬🇷! I cooked them in the oven w spinach and sweet potato and was so yummy 😋

Lovely authentic beans
I love butter beans and I have been finding it difficult to find dried butter beans in the shops. These are a godsend,, I am very pleased with them.

smooth texture and rich flavor
Huge and very tasty broad beans. I used them to make a Spanish fabada. 12 hours soaking and 2 hours cooking. They stay whole when cooked and have a buttery texture with an excellent flavor. I will buy again although the price is not cheap.
