16-Oz. Tap Magic Extra Thick

I've been using Tap Magic products for a long time but the little cans do not last very long and per ounce are expensive. This was a good way to get a quality product at a good price. I like the thicker lube for some heavy tapping operations.

I only use this for threading and tapping.. Works extremely well. Threads with 0 imperfections. Very sticky, make sure to wear some gloves.

Perfect for the hardest to machine parts.

After two failed attempts trying to tap 3/8-16 holes at 3D in the ends ofat Titanium (Grade 5) axle, I tried the Tap Magic Xtra-thick and I hadawesome success. The threads turned out beautifully by reducing friction/heat to prevent the material from work hardening and binding up the tap. If you have been struggling with tapping titanium give this product a try!!!!
