Watercolor Quilts

The quilts are inspirational and stunning and the instructions from Pat and Donna are very clear and quite simple. It feels like they are in the room with you, guiding you. All the quilts, which are really beautiful pictures in fabric, are made from lots of 2" x 2" squares, so easy to cut and sew. You just need lots of different fabric so look in your stash. Instructions are clear and simple and inspire and give you confidence ( and the desire) to start making your own quilted pictures. The sample quilts featured (lots!) are beautiful and would be quite easy for even a beginner quilter. So glad I ordered this beautiful book. I may just want to make only watercolour quilts from now on!

Only just received this book and flicked through it. So far, it has very good explanations of how to make the quilts, with some fabulous colour pictures of ones made. I am really looking forward to sorting out my stash of scraps to make one. So inspiring, and different from normal quilt making. Love it.

This book is so great I can't wait to get started fantastic colour pictures and well written and explained and have cut out a load of 2 inch squares the day I got it ,and requested my group might like to cut me one or two , one kind friend did over100 for me , lots of different things to make brilliant wall hanging .a very informative book

I was disappointed

Wonderful book. Really inspires and helps you to plan the stages and colours. Lots of tops. Would be nice to have further tips for short cuts.
