The first one I received would stay on for a few seconds and then it shut off. I wrote the company with the email supplied in the packaging and they immediately sent a new one. I did not have to go through the trouble of returning it. So far so good. I am pleased with this item now that I have one that works. I feel like I’m getting more whitening with the amount of lighting that it has. The mouth piece covers about the same amount of teeth as other mouthpieces that I have for whitening. I kind of wish the inside lip that goes behind the teeth was a little deeper, but it fit fine. Great company support, and a great price.

It does not fit on teeth well. You can feel the guard squeezing and you have to forcefully hold the guard in place. I would not recommend.

And my best friend's got this product and loves it 100%. That's why I bought it. When I first got it I opened it up and I was going to wrap it for my niece. But I wanted to try it and plug it in first to see if I wanted to purchase one for myself, amazing price. Well it didn't light at all. I made sure I had the OTG on my Android was activated. Didn't work on my tablet either. I tried it on a friends iPhone and it started to flicker. Now for some reason it is working sorta but it's still not that bright and it's not constant. Best news is the seller emailed me and said he's going to replace it. PERFECT!! 🎄HoHoHo! I've already been robbed by a porch pirate this week so this is seriously a relief. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I bought this based on other reviewers who used it with the teeth whitening I bought. My dentist told me years ago these lights are nothing more than a gimmick. But I thought I'd try it and see for myself.In my honest opinion, this light caused MAJOR TEETH SENSITIVITY!!! It's definitely not my whitening gel because I only whiten my top front 6 teeth. Nothing else. I can't do my bottom teeth because it hurts. This light ALONE made my bottom teeth HURT!!! It also hurt my top as well, were as the gel aline never does.The heat from the light also seemed to break down the whitening agent. So it was not whitening my teeth faster. I stopped using it and my teeth no longer hurt and were getting whiter faster. Maybe my dentist WAS right! I don't know. This was my experience.For those who don't want to use their phone, get a rechargeable battery that works for your phone. I already had one. It doesn't even put a dent in your battery and then you don't need to bother with your phone.In all, wasn't for me. May work for you. It is bright, mine worked when I was using it and it seems like it's durable as long as you store it well and take care of it as you should any electronic.Good luck!

This is how it looks like when already plugged on my phone. I didn't even get to use it after waiting for so long! I'm very disappointed and such a waste of time.
