Not only did this item take several months to receive, but it came with two broken bulbs. Unless you have good liability insurance when it fries your clients hair off that I don’t recommend this this is absolutely the worst product I’ve ever had in my Salon. Please God don’t do this to yourself or your clients. Don’t waste your time if you don’t like it because they want you to find another box to put it in and ship it back to China so it takes another several months for you to get your money back and then you’re out the money for the giant box you have to find.

This worked for less than one year. We didn’t even use it constantly for it to just burn out or time out. It’s a total waste of your dollar. Look for something else. I have to look for a place to bury it (at the dump) in no time.
