Sobering Book
This is a comprehensive book on health.It's a sobering book, especially if you haven't thought about some of the things we eat.I learned and became aware of things that affect my health from an enivironmental aspect as well as nutrition. I was in search of more information on stress from a mental perspective and I came away learning a lot about the physical side of stess.I recommend this book for anyone interested in thier health. It covers a lot of ground and makes sense.

A most engaging (if at times unsettling) read
This is a well-written and well-researched book from an author well qualified to address the holistic approach to better health. Many sacred cows are questioned, such as the war on cholesterol and fat to name but two, and the corporatisation of medicine is analysed from the perspective of an insider. In addition, the book contains many useful suggestions on how to reduce stress, improve health and enjoy life. Highly recommended.

A guide to a personal journey of less stress and greater health
This book is truly insightful and an inspiration to engage in health and wellbeing in a whole new way.Dr Ron explodes some of the health myths we have been subject to throughout life, including the impact of big-pharma and big-agriculture that pervades our culture. I’ve learned a lot more about why stress is such a pervasive factor and how to evolve to a less stressful lifestyle.I’m still embracing the wisdom of this book and find it easy to jump from section to section, learning new ideas on every page. I’ve already got a bunch of bookmarks as friendly reinforcement for new ideas.The book is both an easy read, and a go-to reference for long-term discovery about how to live life with greater health, happiness and energy – and less stress.

Brilliant!
Dr Ron writes so well and has lots of good advice in this excellent book.

An informative, entertaining and empowering read.
You can feel so confused about how to be healthy and navigate the system but Dr Ron's book is not only informative but an entertaining and empowering read. It's great to read a health book that is backed by research but also empowers the reader and makes you feel like you actually have the answers and it doesn't have to cost a lot of money. I highly recommend this life changing book to anyone that wants to take control of their health and live a long, happy and healthy life.
