Definitely Worth Purchasing
On time delivery. Exactly as described. Easy to install. Though found out my AC wasn't actually low on refrigerant. Ended up being dirty evaporator coils. Had no leaks with installing the line tap. Definitely worth the price for this kit as purchasing separately will cost more. Love that the adapter came with the kit so I can use the recharge hose/gauge to recharge my car AC. All items in kit are great quality.

Great tool
The recharge hose is a great tool to have at home for personal use. As for the piercing valve, it would not recommend using it if you don't know how to weld copper.. although it closes right, it still leaks the refrigerant slowly so its best to use the piercing vale for recovery or repairs only.

This is a great purchase.
My fridge freezer was continuously running ie: thermostat not kicking in. Reason was that it wasn't cooling down enough. Was only getting down to 6C. One of a few classic signs that the refrigerant was low. Domestic fridges don't come with recharge valves. I was looking at £270 to replace . I guess that's WHY they don't put recharge valves on the huh? Bought this and watched a couple of instructional videos on the net and recharged it back to normal. It's running fine now. Saved from the alread huge mountain of scrap fridges.
