Yum yum yum! It was all good. Be aware that this Italian product ships from a Canadian store with and American name. It took about 3 weeks to get it because it has to go through customs. The name of the store is misleading.

It is pricey and takes awhile to ship but if you know you know. My husband loves this stuff and his attempts at making gelatina are a disaster to my kitchen, so totally worth the cost to make us both happy!,

my nonna used to give these to me as a kid all the time, I highly recommend trying it if you have not. I prefer not heating it up at all either, just eat it out of the can or put it on italian bread cold. I would buy a pack every week if I could but the price do be crazy.

Love that gelating beef. But somewhat pricey

Best food to have.

The portion size is much smaller than the cans sold in Italy. The beef looks like ground beef , not the usual chunks of beef in gel. Nothing like the original in texture or taste. Was willing to pay extra to be able to purchase it even at this smaller size can until you get it and see the ingredients are nothing like it should be. Beyond very disappointed. Feel totally ripped off. Was really looking forward to having some real Simmenthal. One of my favorite foods from Italy that is normally not sold here. This isn't it.

From the very first time I ordered the size of the cans got smaller, same cost smaller cans!
