Box was flimsy but product was perfectly fine and even wrapped in plastic as well. Shiny, perfect size, and great sound. Got it as a gag gift for someone but it would be great for professional uses as well. Great value for price.

It is nice, crisp & loud. Within 24 hours of receiving this bell my dog learned to ring it for treats. I had to hide it from him to make him stop demanding room service.
