Could I bridge four of these together to get 400W?

You can't bridge 4 of anything, so, no. They are very nice amps, and an amazing bargain. You need 24 VDC at about 4.5 A for full power for each. 100 watts is the 4 ohm rating with adequate power supply. 50 watts max at 8 ohms. They sound very nice, but noisey unless the gain is set very low.

How can I drive this amplifier with a passive guitar signal?

Actually you can run directly from guitar. I just did exactly that.

Can I use these for car audio

Although someone else said these need 24v, that is only if you want to run them at full power. You can run them off 12v but the power output will only be half of the maximum. But there are far better choices for car audio. I would not recommend these for use in a car.
