I was originally very excited about this purchase. I love to use different colors when I write notes at work so I thought this is perfect. Originally i thought this was a good bargain, due to the amount of lead vs the cost. Now that i have used the product I no longer feel the same. My first experience using this lead was terrible. The lead breaks to easily. No mater if i atempted to write with les preasure or not it would still break. I was often not able to complete a single alpha letter with out the lead breaking. In addition to that the color was not as vibrant as i would have hoped. It was dificult to see what i had written even with the darker colors. Finally, the lead does not erase, if you make an error you are stuck with it. I have uses other colored lead in the past that i absolutly loved which is why i was originally excited about this purchase. Now however, after my experiance with this product i am disapointed and would not recomend it to anyone.

Very poor quality. Does not erase. Blue is a different brand I normally use, and you can clearly see it erases vs. this hardly erases what’s so ever. The lead is very waxy (?) so it does not layer, not even on itself, so you get maube two swipes before the color no longer clings to the page.Lead is a little bigger than advertised or something because it is so thick it jammed my pencil and will not come out.Worst of all, It breaks with the slightest pressure which makes it virtually unusable. Every 5 seconds the tip snaps wasting lead. When you write/draw, it leaves dust behind on the page that makes it a mess. Just very bad , go with other brands like UNI erasable color lead.In my image, you can see the dust, and the lead broke about 8 times while drawing that very small example. The squared area is where I scribbled lead and erased and you can see the comparison of the other brand versus this one. Very poor quality.

Darker colors draw nicer than the lighter colors. Extremely fragile, especially when using specialized mechanical pencils that adjust per lead hardness. lighter colors need to draw over same position over and over to start seeing the color. too much pressure it breaks. it got to the point it started making marks then next few pages down, and this was to just get the lighter colors on the page .

So, I definitely got what I paid for here. Lots of colored pencil leads, in convenient carry cases, but unfortunately, they seem to break very easily, at least compared to what I was used to, which was the leads in both the Pilot brand and Paper Mate brand erasable mechanical colored pencils. I think I'll probably get used to it, but I do wish I had just spent the extra money and bought the name brand refills.

I originally purchased bic colored mechanical pencils just for doodling while bored. The pencils only come with 1 piece of colored lead each and I enjoy using them so I looked for replacements. These didnt seem bad, but then I recieved them. I started with red (the only one that didnt break) and it was difficult to write with. Then went onto the pink and the lead started breaking with any sort of pressure. Orange was the only tolerable color but still wasn't good. I had a feeling the green would react the same way the pink did and I was correct. Constant breaking and so light. Considering I would need to put pressure to make the color fully appear and with the lead breaking no matter what, I knew this wasnt a good product. The blue broke but left me with a kind nub of lead which I was actually able to use but if I need to waste lead to be able to use it then whats the point. The bic pencils did not come with a purple but I could only imagine it wouldnt live up to the original. Uploading a picture with the original vs these, along with all the breakage to show it is a lot for the little squares i was trying to make. I know I have a heavy hand but theres no possible way I would be able to use the original lead with no problem and have so many issues with these.TLDR; lead is insanely weak/light (pink and green being the worst) and becomes incredibly difficult to use. Already processed my return.
