Wow frfr - I KNOW these work now - highly recommend for everyone! (maybe lol)
These specific ones are HARD, and literally All the other ones ive ever found are soft or “hard” or they will “customize to your foot” but what the truth is,is that a foot needs to be Molded to Proper shape , so that it utilizes ideal Form Fit and Function etc, (therefore making all the other shoe insert options null & void in my “educated” opinion and also in my Experience using them and healing)my story : (if you need more context before dropping a blue face $100 on some "shoe inserts" lol)in my middle school era, so 2002, my mom dated a nice dude named Bert, he was old"ish" lol in his 70's and he was a lawyer so he had money, he was a para-trooper in Vietnam war as a young person bc they basically almost Had to; anyway, he was into motorcycles at this point in his life and at a Convention one year , there was a Vendor selling Shoe Inserts like these; HARD and intended to shape the foot to best structure etc.I gotta tell you the baseball team hated me and the coach called me 'Ant Stomper' yo lol, but it sounded more like Aint Stahwmper, anyway I was flat foot back then u know...Alas, Bert spent at least $250 on the shoe inserts for me that day, ( I feel like it was $400 tbh but...)[ok I asked bard about inflation and apparently 250 in 2002 would be about $420 at Dec 2023, LOL]so this price is pretty good deal imo even tho they seem pricey but whatever people gotta make moneylet me tell you, wearing those inserts was like golf balls in my shoes, and u know they make kids run at school, but I wore them, and wore them and wore themand they FIXED my feet bro fr,I was able to run faster, I lost excessive body fat because I was ABLE to enjoy running and playing as a kid, my posture improved, my mind improved etc. the list of positives goes on20 years later I Found them again, meaning the same style, not sure of its the same brand I doubt itI have them in right now, Day 1I stand up mostly at my desk and within 10 minutes I feel the effects of these inserts Lifting my tendons in my foot and its literally pulling all this other stuff into alignmentIve felt micro movements in my knees, my hips, my pelvis, my upper back, my sternum and even my teeth lol, might've gotten a bit nauseous , although that could be from typing all this lolI love these things, if I had Any complaint, its that I should've had these sooner.I hope my story encourages You to invest in your self; and your feet are SO important , like every part of you, but you know what I mean, so since you are using your feet EVERY DAY, I encourage these.might update the review later! im just so excited about this that I typed all this lolupdate as of may2,2024It’s 2 AM and I found this review that I wrote that I kind of remember riding but it’s definitely way too much detail in this is cracking me up so I’m just gonna continue with thisI still love these shoe inserts. 😆😆😆my right foot doesnt feel it anymore. i kinda miss the pain. my left foot feels it in the arch still. when i wake up , my two toes, left foot hurt for the first few steps of the day

Work well at a fraction of the cost
I have been looking for something like this for a couple years since I bought some from the Good Feet store and paid $400, OUCH! I wanted to get another pair so even though they can be moved from shoe to shoe, personally I like to just be able to put on my shoes and go instead of having to fuss. The ones I got from the Good Feet store were good but after time I wondered if I should have a little more support. I could drive an hour to get replacements but I decided to try these instead. The pair I received did have a little more support but since I had been wearing the others it did not take long for them to feel comfortable. If you do invest in these I recommend that you follow the break in instructions otherwise you will be in a lot of pain. I think it only took me a couple of days because I had already been wearing the store bought ones so it was easier to adjust. I really like these and feel it was a great investment and cost savings. I have also found that in my experience these are quiet while walking. The store bought ones made is sound like I was farting every time I took a step so I tended to get looks sometimes when I walked across the office or in a store. I have also purchased some thin Gel insoles to go over these for added comfort. This way it does not raise the arch but provides comfort over the insert. I have not tried the slim fit style as I don't wear dress shoes but they appear, in my opinion that they may offer a little less support but that may work better for you especially if you wear dress shoes at all as these I would imagine would be tough to fit in a dress shoe. I can only speak as to how these fit in a tennis shoe so far but I believe they would work very well in winter boots and work boots as well.I am happy enough with these that I am going to purchase a second pair so that I have 2 pair that are the same and use the expensive ones in my cowboy boots or motorcycle shoes since both require something to fit a smaller footbed.Personally I found these to fit true to size & I wear a size 13 shoe.I can tell you from experience that most inserts for arch support may work initially but break down quickly and I have had little to no luck with them. With as expensive as most of them are you can actually end up saving money by purchasing these as they appear they are going to be long lasting plus they come with a lifetime warranty.Don't pay more to get less, give these a try.The above opinion is my own and I have not received anything from the seller for this review.

Not the same as Good Feet...maybe better?
I have had GF orthotics for decades now. I was getting tired of moving them from one pair of shoes to another, and since the closest GF store is now over 2 hours away, I thought I'd try these. I have plantar fasciitis/ flat feet and was fitted at GF. I have to say that these are not the same at all. With price being entirely disregarded, the GF orthotics have a heel cup and lifted sides to cradle my foot, whereas Natural Foot is flat all around, which is unfortunate. Natural Foot is much firmer and provides more arch support though. The biggest difference is WHERE the support is. GF has the arch support closer to the forefoot/ball, and NF has the arch support closer to the heel. I found that the firmer support closer to the heel in the NF provides better pain relief in my arches. If you really want to make the most of your orthotics though, use a good brand of walking/hiking shoe that is supportive. I find Keen and Merrell to be very durable and supportive, and they fit orthotics very well. I tried being "trendy" and putting my orthotics in some Tom's and hey DUDES, and got a flareup of PTTD for my efforts. Don't do that.

Life saver!
Got immediate relief from plantar fasciitis pain and the pain didn't come back since then. Follow their instructions and your pain will be history. The cost is very high in India but it is worth every penny because it gives you back your mobility within days and the build quality ensures it'd last a lifetime.

Wish I Had Found This Sooner!
Amazing product! I am a heavyset guy who takes long walks with his dog and as a salesman, I am constantly on my feet running around helping customers. I was in a lot of pain for the last two years. I tried everything including prescription orthotics.Four weeks with this product and I am pain-free. It takes time and some getting used to (with the golf ball feeling under your feet), but it will pay off. My posture is better, I am walking better and even when I'm not wearing it and am barefoot on hardwood floors, there is no pain. I will be buying a second pair for my other shoes.Highly recommended!
