Mamma Mia - this makes great pizza dough
These are great - follow the instructions and making pizza dough is straightforward. Always impressive results in under two hours - I find it helpful to warm dough in oven set at 30 degrees on cold days.

Canโt beat Caputo for pizza
Not much you can say about instant dried yeast, but as Caputo make the best flour for pizza making, their yeast was an obvious choice. It works well and provides a good rise, with no lingering smell or taste. It lasts a good few months after being opened too, so no rush to use it all at once.

It failed miserably
First of all, this can't be dry yeast as it works too fast and recommended amounts are way off compared to time table. Secondly I had different batches with different strength. Lastly, this product sucks cause I had to dump a whole batch of pastries as it did not work. Zero. Nil. It was the latest batch and I didn't suspect. So then when I made a water sugar mixture to test, yep it was dead as stone no activity. So the worst thing is inconsistency when it comes to baking, you have to be able to trust your yeast and this means I won't be buying again.
