We live in the south and our AC went out, mid-August. Pure misery. We needed an inexpensive item to hold us over until our AC could be fixed and this met our needs. We put ice water in the reservoir, and the air was pretty cool. It does spray a fine mist but it's quite refreshing. We each had one at our desks while we worked. It did run out of water quickly, but we still found them quite handy in the interim. Overall, easy to use and helped us stay pretty cool in a bad situation.

We received this fan/cooler in July and it worked fine. Really liked the cooling when we put ice cubes in the bin. After 1 month, the hinge to the water container bin broke but we adapted. Now 2 months later, we used the fan in the morning and it worked fine. Tried to use it in the afternoon and the product was completely dead. We got nothing. This was a lot of money for only 2 months of usage. Amazon should start monitoring low quality items from China.

I don’t exactly know why there are so many negative reviews on this item, there shouldn’t be. The Fan is small and compact but has great power and function. It produces plenty of breeze, especially if it’s used for a desk fan or beside the bed. Has multiple speed setting, humidifier option and blows cool air when ice water is out into the bottom. A nice LED ring around the fan with multiple color options make for a very clean look. I’ve had the fan for a few weeks now and I have no complaints what so ever. It preforms just as advertised and works/looks great. Don’t let the negative reviews stop you from ordering. If you’re anything like me you will be VERY satisfied with the product. 4 out of 5 stars! I would have put 5 but I feel like most people don’t believe 5 star reviews so I’ll put 4 with all the confidence in the world.

It works well, but I cannot stand the condition of the product because it was clearly used. I would have returned it for that fact alone. It's quite shameless of the company to send out such a product. Luckily for them I have a very busy life. The fan only works in close proximity when it's hot, but don't expect air-conditioning effects. During colder periods you can feel it from three feet away on high.

This small Begleri fan comes with clear directions and is easy to operate. I bought it for when summer temperatures are 100° and more, to avoid the cost of replacing my swamp cooler with AC. I like the ordinary plug instead of a USB, and it takes regular ice cubes so you don't need the mini size. The airflow is excellent and the fan is extremely quiet. The Cool setting mentions a spray but it only gives off a slight mist, which seems unlikely to affect electronics.The timer is a nice feature, and the water supply is easy to reach and to check the level. I didn't want to pay this much and I suspect it's exactly the same as the cheaper look-alikes, but the next-day delivery tipped the scales. While I'll probably still have to get whole-house AC, this quiet personal cooler is the best it can be, if it stands the test of time.

I read up on many of these and the reviews were mixed but I thought I’d try it and it barely puts our cool air but when it does it only last about 10 or 15 minutes and this is in a small space by my desk so the properties of it just do not cool so it’s really no better than a fan and it’s not worth the $40 I could’ve saved money by just getting another fan or using that $40 toward a real air conditioner!

My husband bought me this to help me get through all our heatwave this summer. Our a/c has broken down repeatedly and my health condition makes it difficult to regulate my body temperature and manage pain. So this was his best attempt to help while we were waiting for the appointment with the repairman. And boy has it delivered. I just add the water and ice to the bottom and keep lights off, curtains, pulled, and door closed this handy dandy unit helps keep the temperature down in what is usually the hottest room of the house. I also run a tower ran on the other side of the room. I just cannot praise this unit enough. It really has gotten me through the crazy of this year and my temperamental air conditioning unit. It has definitely been worth the money

This fan did not perform like many previous reviewers said. First, there was no power cord included in the box with this fan. I did happen to find a power cord here at home that would work. Second, after loading the fan with ice cubes and water as instructed, I turned on the fan at Speed III and turned on the cool/mist feature. There was not much of a breeze from this fan even at the highest speed nor was there any cooling mist that I could feel or sense on my hand or face. Fortunately, Amazon is terrific at taking and fully crediting returns if done according to the correct timeline and procedure. Thus, I have returned this fan and DO NOT want a replacement.
