After numerous purchases of other stimulant laxatives, even castor oil and other senna-based products, I think I finally found what works for me! I didn't need anything to soften my bowels or to increase the water in my bowels, I needed something to kick my bowels into gear and to get moving! I took two to be on the safe side, I didn't want horrendous abdominal pain. Produced a somewhat okay movement. Not much. Firm. Definitely not a clean out. A couple weeks later I took three, and that definitely helped produce more, including older stool...the kind you know that's been in your system much longer than it should have 🤢. But I felt like it wasn't a total clean out. None of said bowel movements were loose like diarrhea consistency. Tonight I took four because I want it all gone!! My bowels have been very sluggish due to an herbal supplement. I'm expecting the total liquid explosion with possibly abdominal pain, but if I'm disappointed, I'll update my review. All in all I'm satisfied with these and the taste is not bad at all. In fact, one of the better tasting gummies I've had...and I have taken quite a few over the years since I have trouble swallowing pills. Will buy again, but I doubt I will need to anytime soon. It's a big bottle and it's not healthy to be using them often.

Product is good and works. However, shipping is awful! I’ve ordered this a few times and it takes over a month to deliver!
