Is this sponge better for a Rinseless wash or microfiber eash mitts?

I have used this sponge between 2 bucket washes and it has been great. I prefer it to using 8-10 mitts. I would only recommend use if the car is very slightly dirty or dusty. Must be used with ONR or similar. I have found best to spray some ONR on the car first leave for a couple of minutes and wash with sponge in one direction only and rinsing after each panel. When used correctly the sponge has shown no problems with scratching. You may know all this but it is the technique that is as important as the sponge.
