I use these for essential oils. Works especially good when I have a migraine or nausea. Last a long time, though they are one use. Depending upon which oils you are using Ive had one last several months. Peppermint essential oils last a long time and is terrific for lots of stuff. Fruity essential oils don't last as long.

These are the best I have ever seen. The ones that come with inhalers from other companies have gotten smaller and worse. These are terrific. I will definitely order more.
