Does this smell fishy? Is that what they mean by "ocean" taste?

Not at all. It is sooo awesome. I soaked mines for 36hours with two bottles of water and three limes. I rinse it again. Then I boiled 1 cup water with fresh ginger root. Let it cool and added it to my blender with the seamoss and 1 more cup of bottled water blended it until it was thick.i put in my mason jars Let it sit for 30 mins. Then I put lids on and refrigerate it. It soooo good! No fishy or salty taste at all. I will but again. I had such a burst of energy and it will def cleanse your bowels. No pains or cramps. I highly recommend and I will buy again. It will last 3 weeks in refrigerator and 1 year in freezer.
