CouchmasterAC Adapter for CYCON (16.4ft - US plug included) by nerdytec

I had contacted the company because the Cycon board would not power any tablets, only my iPhone X. They said that to power tablets, I would need to order the AC adapter for the board, which I did. I plugged the AC adapter into the board, and the iPad mini for which I purchased the mount accessory for, would still not charge. I actually received no indication that the board was powered at all, after plugging in the adapter. No change in function after adding the AC adapter. I tried powering a 12.9 inch iPad pro, it didn't work either. Unless I have a faulty unit (no indication of whether it is receiving power or not), the AC adapter doesn't charge new Apple tablets. I tried the newest mini, the newiest 11 inch pro, and the newest 12.9 inch pro. Only my iPhone X charges with the board, and that was happening before I purchased the adapter.
