My daughter has horrid dairy issues and avoids dairy as much as she can but sadly it’s hard to avoid in restaurants so we wanted to try something stronger than Lactaid. She said this helps a lot, now mind you she doesn’t eat much dairy so when she eats it she “makes it worth it”. She said it has helped tame the gas and stomach aches. Sadly I don’t think anything will be perfect for her but it does let her eat some dairy and not suffer too much. Definitely would recommend to anyone who has dairy issues.

Easy to swallow zero side effects no taste and I absolutely love that and I love this came in basically a sample pack that I could try but for anybody else there's really no need to try buy the 45 count pack (or more) they are a blessing. 10 million times better than anything you will find in your local store wish I would have found these sooner. I'm going right now to subscribe to the 45 count. So worth the money

They work ok, sometimes they work sometimes they don’t. They’re expensive too, I don’t know if I’ll repurchase

Got these for my son since he has an issue with lactose, they work well, and taste better than your big name lactose pills. They’re small enough and easy to swallow, but my son says they don’t really have a taste and he can just chew them. He hasn’t had any side effects from taking them, and hasn’t gotten an upset stomach from eating ice cream or cheesy pizza.

Each pack comes with two pills. I have only used one at a time. Seems to work, but have only eaten one cheese stick with them.

Convenient and work so well! I’m very lactose intolerant and only 1/2 and sometimes 1 pill absolutely do the trick. These are very good, no taste and are a great value. The pill is tiny and you can chew it if you need to. Must have for lactose intolerance!

Ho risolto la mia paura di mangiare dolci! Finalmente mangio una pizza o un dolce senza avere problemi, li ho trovati davvero ottimi , meglio di molte pastiglie prese in farmacia.Ho preso la confezione piccola per provarle,contiene 5 bustine e in ognuna ci sono due pastiglie, che a necessità puoi anche dimezzare .Le ho trovate pratiche , perché tenevo con me una bustina che all'occorrenza ho usato,poi sono pastiglie davvero piccole, ma allo stesso tempo, personalmente ,le ho trovate efficaci.Consiglio:-)

Compramos estas pastillas de lactasa de LactoJoy para la intolerancia a la lactosa y sinceramente nos han ayudado muchísimo a poder comer ciertos alimentos con mucha más tranquilidad. Lo primero que destaca es la comodidad de uso. Son fáciles de llevar encima y resultan muy prácticas cuando comes fuera de casa, en restaurantes o viajes. La cantidad de enzima lactasa de 14.500 FCC se nota bastante y en nuestro caso funcionan muy bien incluso con comidas que llevan bastante leche, queso o derivados lácteos. Después de utilizarlas antes de comidas con lactosa, las digestiones son muchísimo mejores y se reducen bastante las molestias típicas como hinchazón, gases o malestar. Otro punto muy positivo es que actúan bastante rápido y permiten disfrutar de alimentos que normalmente evitaríamos. También se agradece mucho que sean veganas y fáciles de tomar. El tamaño de las cápsulas resulta cómodo y no cuesta tragarlas. Además, el formato de 45 cápsulas viene muy bien para tener siempre algunas disponibles en casa, bolso o coche. En nuestro caso las utilizamos sobre todo para pizzas, postres, quesos o comidas fuera de casa, y la diferencia se nota muchísimo. Otro detalle importante es que permiten tener más flexibilidad en la alimentación sin estar constantemente preocupado por la lactosa. La sensación general es de producto eficaz y práctico para el día a día si tienes intolerancia a la lactosa. Como punto mejorable, diría que dependiendo de la cantidad de lactosa de la comida puede ser necesario ajustar la dosis. También el precio puede parecer algo elevado comparado con otras opciones más básicas. Aun así, la eficacia nos parece bastante superior a otros productos similares que habíamos probado antes. Después de bastante tiempo utilizándolas seguimos muy contentos y se han convertido en algo fijo en casa. En general, unas pastillas de lactasa muy recomendables para personas con intolerancia a la lactosa, eficaces, cómodas y fáciles de llevar. As a person who has a moderate/intense sensitivity to lactose, I have been taking lactose pills for a very long time. One thing that I never seemed to figure out was how do I keep some on me without lugging around the huge pills I used normally. These work perfectly, are small and you have the option to purchase in a refillable tin! Yes, they are more expensive but to me they are worth it. I had gelato for the first time!

Wir haben diese Kleinpackung ausprobiert, weil wir das Gefühl hatten die alten Tabletten helfen gegen die genetisch bedingte Laktoseintoleranz nicht mehr richtig. Und Fazit: wir kommen super damit zurecht (man braucht halt einen Schluck Wasser zur Einnahme) und die Tabletten wirken sehr gut. Großpackung wir kommen ;-)
