It works to keep my migraines at bay, which is most important. However, the packaging of the pills is pretty awful. I ordered this product because my main brand was sold out. I've been buying B2-400 for years and am very familiar with the product and packaging. The BioInnovations B2-400 pills are covered in A LOT of yellow dust that should only be inside the capsules. There was also a layer of yellow dust on the bottom of the pill bottle. Are the capsules breaking, are they manufactured incorrectly, is the pill assembly area not clean? The dust makes me think quality control is not important to this company. While it does work, the packaging is unacceptable. I’ll not be ordering that product again.

Only notacle difference, the terrible stomach aches this product gave me. I really tried but I could not get use to them . Quality — had better. No change in energy level because si could barely keep them down let alone eat while taking them. I even tried taking the vitamin at night before bed and the stomach ache would be there in the morning. Caused a lot of nausea and cramping . Not gentle on my stomach at all—-which was promised by this Company. Taste didn’t stand out. Dosage 400mg as prescribed by my doctor.

I had been suffering from Migraines every two weeks (off and on) for over a year - experiencing intense brain fog, nausea, dizziness; and generally feeling under the weather. (Note: I had migraines prior to this, but maybe one or two a year (after too much chocolate!), and had the typical headache / visual aura symptoms, so this development was quite significant!). I took the tablets for a two months following a recommendation from my GP, and my migraines probably occurred at half the rate I'd been experiencing (which, quite frankly, was life changing in itself). But having continued with this medication now for ~8months, I genuinely cannot believe the difference. Between month two and now I've maybe had one actual migraine and felt a bit off a handful of times. This tablet has genuinely changed my life and is worth every penny!! (Note: I appreciate it does turn your wee fluorescent yellow - but genuinely, who actually cares when you feel human again!)

Amazing. I tried for migraines as I suffered massively and was told these help .. I have not had one since! I feel energised, more mentally clear and head ache free.. what more can you ask for! I think I’ll be taking these for life, I tried to not take them and felt my headaches restarting!

Suffering from Acute VERTIGO. This product was recommended to me by an Audio vestibular Physician Professor/Consultant. Great product, stop my headaches/Migraines, helped me with dizziness. this product is not a drug. It is also important to take the: CoEnzyme Q10. both products will help you a lot. I can walk 10km now and keep my balance nicely.

Disappointing as expected to feel a bit more energy but had no effect on my other half or myself. Won't be buying again.
