I selected size 20 it fits well on my daughter but not sure if I can help you but contact the seller

The seller has put a size chart on the site. I wanted one with a 38" chest this year and she kindly gave me the waist and length measurements as well. A size 12 is about equivalent to age 14 (I think) - best to send her a message and ask her for the actual sizes - the seller is very prompt and helpful with the reply
