Quality
Just what I need sharp lines and smooth

Great
Feela fairly solid while still being light. Writes very well for how small it is however if your heavy handed or using lower quality paper it does catch the paper more often. The grip on it is also very slick but with how light it is that isn't as much of a problem.

Quality
Writes smoothly. Feels great in the hand. Ink dries very quickly and doesn't smear when you rub your hand or object after you write. The quality and durability will make this pen useable for years

Great depending on paper
Here I am reviewing a pen on Amazon. The places COVID quarantine life takes you. Pen feels robust and is nice to look at. Obviously a 'homage' to the Rotring, but of lighter material and not balanced. It is bottom heavy and the design makes it so that I've already repeatedly mistaken the top for bottom and bottom for top when I go to pick it up. The click mechanism has a cheap plastic rattle and the plunger wobbles. Man I am really nitpicking. It is an oil-based ballpoint pen and depending heavily on the paper it writes beautifully putting down full-bodied creamy lines. It works wonderfully in my MoleSkine Cahier notebooks, but fails shamelessly on some other papers. Compared to my gel ink Signo 0.28 pen, this pen is a lot more paper-selective. That said, this pen excels on more surface-porous papers (if that's the right description) where the Signo gel ink would start bleeding with slower strokes. The grip / barrel is smooth and while being bottom heavy helps, it requires more force to grip and my weak little hands are more prone to cramping when using this pen to write or draw for ants--as one does with 0.28 pens. For a roughly $12 pen, it is slightly disappointing in it's difficulty to hold and use, the tiny refill, and its selectivity when it comes to papers. But it looks amazing, the finish on mine is flawless, and on the right paper it writes quite nicely--also, the 0.28 tip is a treat for those looking for fine pens for detail sketches or small notes. I'd buy again, despite complaining about it for several paragraphs.

Fine Line Writing
I like writing instruments, pencils and pens, that write a fine line. One of my co-workers was using one and I wanted to try one myself. I have been using it on a regular basis since receiving it. The fine line it produces is just what I wanted whether I am writing or drawing. I have to hold the pen more vertical to obtain the best line and sometimes it takes a stroke or two after a long pause in use to get a good line (may also be the condition/type of paper).

It is very durable.
This is a great pen if you like super fun point. It has the perfect friction against all paper types. I canโt say enough good things about it. It works great for notetaking in the margins in a Bible or textbook.

Sleek and fun to use
I was hesitant to get this one as Iโve never used a 0.28mm before. But I was thoroughly surprised how smooth but sharp the pen writes. Iโm definitely enjoying using this as a daily.

Great Pen, But Not Ideal for Light Sketching or Cross-Hatching
I would give the Uni Jetstream .28 oil-based pen 3 stars. It is definitely a well-made pen, and the ink flow is smooth, clean, and reliable. For writing and crisp line work, it performs very well, and I can understand why many people like it. That said, I was a little disappointed with how difficult it is to make light marks. I was hoping it would work better for delicate sketching, soft lines, and light cross-hatching, but the marks tend to come out darker and more consistent than I wanted. It doesnโt give me quite the range of pressure control I was hoping for as an artist. It is still a great pen overall, especially for writing, notes, and clean detail work. I just donโt think it is the best choice if you are looking for subtle value changes, light hatching, or a more delicate drawing feel. Good pen, just not perfect for what I wanted it for.

Small ink refill, half plastic
Uses a dreadfully small D1 refill which runs out quickly and is expensive to replace, the pen's upper is made of plastic, totally not worth it for the price.

A well built pen with a weak ink darkness
The pen is well built and writes smooth even with a tiny tip. So it does what it promises. However the oil based ink is too weak for my taste. Wouldn't be my daily pen.

Interesting... but NO
When it works, it's really interesting having a tiny ball... but the ink doesn't flow properly for long. It lasted 2 weeks and then is only working on and off. :( Concept is interesting, though

Super smooth and unbelievably precise
This pen has become my new favourite for everyday notes. The tip is incredibly precise without feeling scratchy, and the ink flows really smoothly. The navy body looks smart and feels great to hold. If you like clean, fine lines and a pen that just works every time you pick it up, this is a brilliant choice. The only issue I'd say would be the way it sits in my hand specifically leaves a mark on my finger after intensive usage.

Only good as a trinket
I already have good pens for daily writing like the Zebra Sarasa and the Uni Jetstream 4&1 Metal body, and I don't write in 0.28 very usually. This pen is like a cool trinket for use in very niche conditions, and I mainly got it for the body and the novelty. I like the body, I used it with the 0.7 jetstream multipen refill and its wonderful, but I still prefer Zebra sarasa. 0.28mm is also very thin and isn't very smooth, as expected. Only get this pen if you have an already large collection of pens and pencils. I do, and I like this pen. Do mind that the ink was skipping so i got the whole pen refunded.
