What is the the seat depth? I'm 4, 11 and a maximum depth for me would be 18 inches.

Depends on where you measure from. The absolute back of the bottom cushion is close to 20 inches. Measuring from the arc of the back that you lean against, approx 18.5 inches.

Would this chair has a good enough seat to help prevent hemorrhoids? Is it comfortable for a full day of work?

This chair makes me feel comfortable during my 8 working hours on a day, but I'm not sure if it contributes to preventing the disease.

Is this chair good for someone who needs to sit with perfect posture all of the time? my wife has tailbone pain if she doesn't sit with good posture.

Pros: • it looks good online. Cons: everything Cheap seat cushion, had to buy a rubber seat cushion at 49.00 won't recline or rock. they said 25 degrees, its stuck in the upright position. And It has a some slop and movement in the base, makes that cheap chair squeaky noise ( I wear head phones is hardly noticed.) bought a Herman Miller chair on eBay so much better. save your cash
