Updated my older teal colored Mytee Lite 2 with this motor. Wow, what a difference between this and the old 2 stage motor. It really sucks now, and I mean that in a good way! I primarly use my Mytee Lite with a wand to clean my home's carpet, it was fine, but now it is great. Notably better water recovery.The motor drops right in with no clearance issues in the case, but it is taller due to the 3rd stage. For an older teal machine like mine, you will need to replace the 3" long 1/4" (20 pitch thread) bolt with a 3.5" long one. The two short bolts (3/4" long, #8, 20 pitch thread) were replaced with 1.25" long ones, got all from Lowes for a few bucks.There was also a piece of tubing (fame as the feed line for the pump) acting as a "spacer" on the long bolt that was too short. I got some tubing also and made spacers out of it. It looks like they did that so the mounting tabs on the motor won't break off.The only other oddity I found was the old motor had two wires and a green ground wire. The new motor only uses 2 wires, the green wire is unused.Finally, the motor has a thin foam gasket on top to seal it to the case that is sold separately. The Mytee part number for this is PX13.
