This product exceeds my expectations. Butterscotch, my cat, was all over it when I was opening the package. He is just enthralled wit. Great product, will definitely order again. And I love the packaging.

My cat loves this stuff. I put a little bit in a special place for him, and a lot of times he will sit there meowing at me asking for me to give him more.

My seven month old kitten is a big cat. He's so big I think he ate the kitten that I got originally and now he's what's left. Kidding!! I put a pinch of this purple passion by the toy he was playing with, and he was bunny kicking it and chewing on it. When he stopped, he went over to his bowl and he ate some food so apparently he got the munchies. So far, I would say this is a five star product. He's an only cat so I try to find things that will keep him occupied so he doesn't get psychologically impaired from being an only catchild. I know he's not supposed to have too much of this. Just a pinch every two or three days. Meanwhile, I might sit around and smell it. It just smells good. I don't think it's gonna get me high or anything. Not unless I smoke it? Ha ha kidding again. This worked for my kitten so it might work for your fur baby. I would recommend it. Now he's laying contentedly on my bed calmly cleaning himself thoroughly. Lol.

Loved this jar style but had to return it because my kitty didn’t like the catnip. Would have kept anyway to “repurpose” the jar yet I bought it not realizing the jar wasn’t glass but cheap plastic.

The only catnip that my cats will eat. Can't get the bottle open without them going crazy

We have gotten this twice. Our cats seem to like this over any other kind we have tried with them.

My cat Kevin used to be a bit meh over the nip. I think he got used to it or we gave it too often, he needs rehab. When we got him, 9 years ago, the old nip turned him violent. Probably a bad batch or something. Till daughter spotted the meowijauna nip. His first time turned him into a less violent slightly chill beast. So all he's had since is meowijauna nip. Then she saw these a got him some for Christmas. He could smell it in the box and would spend forever trying to get to it. This is definitely different to the original meowijauna. I can pick the pot up and he's there begging for a fix. He spends longer rolling in it, eating it, smelling it. He loves it. It's some good stuff. Not every cat will react to cat nip but they will, you just have to find the one for them.

Prob the best nip I've ever purchased. Drives my cats wild, a few bites and they are zooted! The sound of the jar opening sets them off the same way shaking treats does.

Our cat is 15 this year and never gotten her catnip till now. I was checking several on Amazon and most had good reviews with some misses. Took the chance on this one and was hoping I didn’t waste my money. I understand every cat might be different but I’m pleased to say, our cat went bananas for this! I sprinkled some just on the floor and she inquisitively got up to sniff it, purring away, then rubbing her face over it on the floor and then flopping belly up! It was quite funny to watch. I got a bit more and she did the same.. but this time, including some bunny hops whilst lying down in it lol. It was all quite short lived but nonetheless, she was a happy kitty. I’ll give her some more in a couple days…

I loved the branding on this, and whilst I think I got more of a kick from it than my cat did, it’s still worthy of 5 stars. It’s clearly a good quality product, and I’ve just got a boring straight-edge cat who doesn’t seem to want to let her hair down once in a while. The package was a little tricky to open, but nowhere near as difficult as some were making out!! If you need to take a knife out on this, then you need your head checking! And I’m not exactly strong! I’m 5’1 and no upper body strength and I got it open after a quick analysis of the cap mechanics. It is a simple push down and twist 30 degrees cap, though granted, you need to push down a bit harder than with a regular pill bottle. If my cat was actually more fun and would go for it, I’d buy this again.
