Can this be used with the ergobaby 360?

Absolutely. This insert is compatible with all 360s and all Ergobaby Original Carriers. (All carriers except the Adapt carrier - that one does not require an insert)

Will this fit the original galaxy gray (with stars) ergo carrier?

Yes! I am using it with my newborn . The Infant insert fits really well on the gray ergo carrier , my baby is comfortable in it .

How do I know what size to buy?

It only comes in one size and holds infants 7lbs- 12lbs.

Can i use this with infantino cuddle up ergonomic hoodie carrier?
