It's ok
Bough this for marking labels for my plants. Yes it is waterproof but sorry to say it looked like a thin marker pen, I write small but I really struggled to get all the writing on the label. I have used it on marking freezer bags and it works perfect. Would I buy it again for it's original useage unfortunately no
